Frequently asked questions

Before making a repair request, read through the common issues below.

Toilet Clogs

If your toilet won't flush, there may be a clog in the pipes. Most clogs are easily cleared using a plunger. Please use your plunger to dislodge the clog and do not flush the toilet until the toilet drains; failure to follow this process correctly could cause the toilet to overflow.

Sink/Shower Clogs

If your sink or shower isn't draining properly, you may be able to unclog the drain by pouring boiling water into the pipe. There are also drain cleaning tools, such as hand augers, available at most hardware stores.

Please do not pour drain cleaning chemicals down the drain, as these could damage the plumbing system.
