Move-in Checklist

Congratulations on finding your new home. To ensure your move goes as successfully as possible, please review all of the information below.

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit

Your first month's rent and security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Confirm the amounts and payment method with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection

Your move-in date and initial inspection details will be covered at the lease signing.

Utilities

You are responsible for placing all utilities for your rental home in your name after signing the lease. You must also keep your accounts current throughout the duration of your stay.

Preparing to move out of your rental home? We've put together the move-out checklist below to cover the most common questions we hear from our tenants.

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Please refer to the terms of your lease to determine your official move-out date. We ask that you provide written notice of your intent to vacate your rental, which will give our team time to begin working on finding a new renter.

Property Condition

Before you hand in the keys for your rental home, please take care of the following priorities:

> Rental Cleaning: Your home should be thoroughly cleaned, with all of your possessions removed from the premises.

> Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you routinely take care of landscaping chores for your property, please do these once more before moving out.

> Repairs: Be sure to address any necessary repairs before moving out of your rental home.

Security Deposit

Your security deposit will be returned to you as quickly as possible after your departure.

Please remember, the deposit cannot be used to cover your final rent payment. Failure to pay your last month's rent may result in adverse credit reporting and administrative fees.
